Body work part 4

The interior, engine compartment and roof sprayed with rust bullet.

I throughly cleaned the bus inside and out. I spent about 3 days cleaning every nook with soap and water, then wax grease remover. I also sanded the spots that were not blasted before cleaning.

I also applied Everglass on welds holes and some small pits.

Body Work Part 3

Most of the body work is done. I still need to do some minor grinding here and there. Next is cleaning the metal and metal prep. Then Rust Bullet, seam sealer, filler, and epoxy primer.

Disclaimer: I am not a professional. I know my work is a bit sloppy. I was just trying to get everything filled and keep it as strait as possible.

Body work - part 2

Cut out the battery tray and some other sections.

This is my attempt to shape the panel behind the battery tray.

I am glad I decided to cut the section below. It ended up having lots of dust sand and insulation in there that was rotting the metal.

Cut out a piece of the corner section tail light that was damaged in a fender bender.
